We spent our morning apple picking at Nieman Markets. Unfortunately we weren't able to actually pick the apples ourselves due to the fact that the weather this year has been hot, then cold, and then hot again. Apparently apples don't have winter coats so a lot of the apples didn't survive. Luckily they had just enough apples left so that we could come and fill a bag. We had lots of fun walking through the orchard though and it was a beautiful day (almost 80 degrees), unlike last year when it rained during our field trip here to get pumpkins.
