Typical Week of a 10 Month Old

This past week was fairly typical for this little 10 month old. A little bit of walking with his rhinoceros, cruising on the plasma car with his sissy, and swimming with his cousins. We can't forget about the drinking of his milk, and we have to mention that he finally held his own bottle. It was apparently a lot of work though as he has yet to do it again.

Pizza on the Farm (Take 2)

We headed up to New Holstein again for Pizza on the Farm. It was a perfect summer night and we indulged in fresh squeezed lemonade, homemade pizza, and homemade custard. Lily and I both were on a mission to try every flavor of custard they had and we almost succeeded. We're beginning to think they should change the name of the event to Custard on the Farm since we enjoy this part so much!

Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Academy

I just finished up with baseball camp. This year I tried something new and went with the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Academy even though I'm a Cubs fan. It was a tough five days, but we ended the week with a field trip to Miller Park where we met Stephen Vogt one of the catchers and this made it all worth it!

Pool Date

Maxwell and his girlfriend, Margo, were joined at the pool today by our friends, Will and Grace, and yours truly. Ryan was busy at baseball camp so I had to adult and be the one responsible for all of the kids. Maxwell decided to show off for everyone while there saying his first word, Dada. I of course had to teach everyone how to order a treat which is key to a great day at the pool! Fun was definitely had by all and we can't wait to get together again soon!

Camp Rokilio

Year two of Camp Rokilio is in the books and it was definitely a memorable one. This year quite a few kids from my Pack and all of my Den made the trek North. Being that this wasn't my first rodeo, I knew exactly where to go and what to do. One of my favorite activities again this year was the BB Gun shooting, and I nailed it! We also survived a potential tornado that was not far from camp by hanging out together in the basement. It was a great four days, and I can't wait until next year!

Signing "More"

Mom has been using sign language with me for a few months now and just yesterday I indicated more by clapping my hands together. I may not be perfect in my delivery, but Mom understood loud and clear what I was asking for!

Camp Minikani

Another day, another adventure; however, this one I'm doing all by myself! Mom and Maxwell dropped me off at YMCA Camp Minikani this afternoon. After finding my cabin and helping make my bed, they left me to enjoy three nights and four days in the great outdoors! Wish me luck!

Two Plus Two Equals Four

What else is there to do, but ham it up, when you are 10 months old and this cute! I also need to smile a lot so I can show off the two teeth that cracked through my gums this morning. That makes four teeth for me!!!

Happy Birthday America!

We celebrated America's birthday over a period of two whole days this year. We had our own mini firework celebration on July 3, and then on July 4, we headed to the club where we partied literally all day long. Our neighbors were there as well so Zach and Charlie celebrated along with us. They had games, bounce houses, face painting, cotton candy, snow cones, and of course fireworks! Now that's a party!!!
