Fall or Winter

Mother nature got a bit confused today sending us almost 7 inches of wet snow while there was still leaves on the tress. We set an October record for snowfall, but we aren't complaining. Maxwell got his first lesson in snow boarding and we could't throw snowballs fast enough for Harley.

Trick-or-Treat

Celebration #3 - Mequon Trick-or-Treat! Tonight we trick-or-treated in our neighborhood. We headed out together, but quickly split up trying to get the most candy we could. Blake and I ran from house to house for almost three hours straight. Lily and Mya stuck close to Max and Mom, helping Max out along the way. After visiting the neighbors, Mom drove the girls to the end of a nearby neighborhood so they could work their way back home. When all was said and done we scored almost seven pounds of candy each and had a trading session stocking up on all of our favorites!

NSCC Halloween Party

Celebration #2 - North Shore put on a Halloween Party tonight complete with pumpkin decorating, caramel apples, a magician, and a haunted house (which even Max went through). Mom took her little Marshall, minion, and dj Marshmello for a frightening good time.

Trunk-or-Treat

Celebration #1 - BE Martial Arts had our promotion ceremony tonight, where I received my blue belt and I was presented with my Legacy uniform. Afterwards, we had a potluck and trunk-or-treating to kick off the Halloween festivities. Mom whipped up a haunted house trunk complete with spider webs, a skeleton, and a giant bowl of candy!

ADA Harvest Party

I had my annual company dance Harvest Party tonight and took home a top prize for the costume contest. My friends and I decided to go as minions this year and nailed it!

Chicago

We headed down to Chicago for a few days since we had two days off. It worked out perfect for Dad too as he had a doctor's appointment for his new elbow. We enjoyed some shopping and bombolonis at Sienna Tavern. Maxwell was also fascinated by the washing machine again and insisted on doing laundry while there even though we didn't need to.

Maxwell the Giraffe

I saw this at Target when Mom. Max, and I made a quick stop to pick up a few things. Like most Target trips though we ventured down some aisles we weren't intending on and ended up finding great things! Too bad Max already has his costume for this year!

Loving the Outdoors

This kid never wants to go inside. We arrived home today from school where he for once had to be indoors mostly due to lightning. They were able to sneak out at the end of the day hence why he is still in his rain pants since we didn't have time to take his gear off before leaving school. We came straight home after pickup and he ran right to his sand box and played for another hour. This kid would live outside if he could!
