Chinooks

We drove a mile up the road today to take in a Lakeshore Chinooks game. It was a perfect night for baseball or mascot watching in Max's case (he loved "the fish" - the mascot Gill)!

ATA Tournament

I competed in my first official ATA tournament today. My nerves were running high going in, but I got more confident with each performance. I think I surprised everyone, even myself, when I ended up with 3rd in creative form, 2nd in traditional form, and 1st in weapons. I know it is only one tournament, but that means I am also 1st in the state right now for weapons, and 2nd for form. I can't wait for the next one in September!

Chicago and NYC

Mom and Dad headed to New York City for a few days so we got to hang out with Gigi, Pop Pops, and Titi Molly and the gang. 

Toy Story 4

We tried Ferdinand last year, and now we tried Toy Story 4! Max may have enjoyed the popcorn more than the movie, but he made it through which is all that matters!

4th of July

4th of July at the club this year was a bang! The weather was perfect, unlike last year's torrential downpour. A full day in the sun along with great food and a huge firework display was the perfect way to celebrate!

Fun with Ginger

The boys had haircuts this morning, and then I had to sneak off to dance. Afterwards Ginger came over to watch us and we decided it was the perfect day to go for a bike ride. Maxwell rode his bike all the way to the nearby pond which is pretty far and quite impressive!
