The Pumpkin Patch

We arrived in Green Bay, Wisconsin, last night at a little before 11:00pm. No one warned us that it would be a frigid 40 some degrees when we landed, but thank goodness mom and dad were prepared. Today we headed to the pumpkin patch with Grandma Williams, Grandpa and Grandma Rivera, Uncle Steve, and our cousin, Elizabeth. It warmed up into the sixties so we were good in our cool Halloween shirts. You should have seen the pumpkins and we even got to pet the animals. Lily's favorite was the miniature pig, as they called it, but if you ask me it wasn't so miniature. I didn't really have any favorites and preferred to stick close to Grandpa. Afterwards we headed back to Grandma Williams' house for dinner. We tried cheese curds for the first time, and let me tell you, if you've never had fresh cheese curds, Lily and I both highly recommend it. They even squeak when you bite into them. I wonder what other cool stuff we'll get to do while we're here. You'll have to check back and see.
