Port Washington

We took a field trip with Mom and Dad today up to historic Port Washington. We had no idea what to expect so we brought along a picnic lunch and our tennis shoes in case we had to run super fast to get out of the rain. The weather man predicted scattered showers, but our morning was beautiful and perfect for hanging out by the lake. We found a great playground right by the water and enjoyed our yummy peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, watermelon, and cheese curds. After lunch we walked along the lake and checked out the ducks by the marina. A few ducks decided to chase us so our tennis shoes came in handy after all. There was a pirate festival going on while we were there too with a parade, but we couldn't stay so Mom made sure to mark it on our calendar for next year! We love exploring Wisconsin in our world!
