Winter means basketball season here in Mequon, and this year I am playing in a 2nd/3rd grade league for team Villanova. My defensive skills have definitely picked up this year and you'll catch me regularly knocking the ball out of someone's hands or snatching it right out from under their nose. On offense I'm still just a little guy trying to find my way. I've definitely gotten more shots as the season has progressed, but I'm usually the guy flying in for the rebound after one of my teammates takes the shot. I'm having a blast, and this year they even keep score. We haven't won them all by any means, but we have more Ws than Ls so I am one happy kid!
