Crazy Weekend!

We sure did have a busy weekend. It all started Thursday night with our evening at the Thayer's house (see previous post). Friday, mom and dad strapped us in our Baby Bjorns and we headed out for an afternoon at the FBR Open. That is the PGA golf tournament for those of you who didn't know. We almost got hit by two golf balls ... someone sure does have bad luck. Hmmm ... mom!!! Saturday, mom and dad threw a baby shower for Uncle Larry and Aunt Pam. We had lots of fun and even got to play a game with them. Uncle Larry and Aunt Pam had to race and see who could change a diaper faster. Uncle Larry and Lily technically won, but he was nice and let Aunt Pam and I catch up and take the title. What a nice guy!

Finally on Sunday we went to Bryce and Jarrod's place to watch the Superbowl. We were so exhausted after the game that once we got home Lily and I both had a little snack, and then we headed off to bed and slept for over 9 hours. Mom and dad were grateful for that. Now today we are enjoying a relaxing, rainy day at home with mom (yes, it does rain in Arizona).
