Friday we celebrated Christmas with Gigi, Pop Pops, and the DeCarlo family.

Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving! Maxwell tried to pack himself for this trip..."A" for effort little man! We hung out with the family on Wednesday while Mom and Dad headed into the city for a doctor appointment for Dad's arm. The girls got their nails done in the morning, and then joined us for an epic nerf gun battle! Thursday it was turkey, ham, and taquitos like usual at Titi Maria's and Uncle Angel's.

Harvest Soup

Chop, Chop, Chippity-chop...what do you put in Harvest Soup? Maxwell and his classmates put onions, carrots, green beans, garlic, squash, tomato, celery, corn, and potatoes in their soup. After chopping vegetables all day Tuesday, he invited Mom and Dad in to sample the classroom's creation today. Both of them gave the soup two thumbs up!

November

It has been a colder than normal November, but that doesn't slow us down. The month started with an impromptu trip to Green Bay for one night with Mom for Aunt Claire's 50th birthday party. Even Harley came along for the ride! Max joyfully tagged along with Mom all month while she carted us to Taekwondo and dance. All the cold weather had us scrambling outside anytime there was sunshine and we made lots of soup to help us stay warm (yum, Puerto Rican soup)! A little hot chocolate helped with this as well!

Pumpkin and Peppermint

Brielle and I took a cooking class today making pumpkin cheesecakes and peppermint cupcakes. Delicious and so much fun!

Loving School

Some days when Mom picks Max up from school he just doesn't want to leave.

MU Basketball Performance

Lily performed at the Marquette University Women's Basketball game today. Max and I went along for the ride, mainly for the hot dogs and popcorn though (wink)! Max was pretty excited to see the Golden Eagle too, and managed to get his picture taken with him not once, but twice. I guess, because I'm supposed to say it, Lily's dance team did great too!
