Groove Dance Competition

Competition #3, Groove, is over! This one was high energy and the competition was tough. Everything on Fleek (Hip Hop) took 6th overall, 3rd in Intermediate hip hop large group. Mission Impossible (Jazz) did not make top 10 overall this go round, but took 3rd in Intermediate jazz large group. Keep You Safe (Modern) also did not place overall , but took 2nd in Intermediate modern small group. One more to go!

Dodge, Dip, Dive, Duck, and Dodge

We had our dodge ball game today that Gigi and Pop Pops won for us at the school carnival. We each picked three friends to join us in our latest adventure where we took on Mr. Crevcoure and Mr. Burg, our gym teachers, and Mr. Gray, our principal. We may have lost 3-2, but it wasn't for lack of effort. The teachers came to play, and a few of us found ourselves ducking a lot more than diving.

Still Swimming

Maxwell just keeps on swimming! We're pretty sure he would still drown if thrown in, but he is making progress!

Bye-Bye North Captiva

What a great nine days! Definitely needed and much enjoyed! We loved North Captiva and hope to go back some day!

Easter 2019

Our last full day in paradise just happened to fall on Easter. Not so bad waking up to a beautiful sunrise. The Easter Bunny left explicit directions for Mom and Dad when he popped in earlier in the week. This led to an Easter egg hunt on the beach which was so much fun! The remainder of the day was spent at the beach or hanging by the pool. We grilled steak and gulf shrimp for dinner and enjoyed every last minute of our vacation.
