11 Years Old

11 years old today...time is flying! We celebrated with an early morning breakfast at First Watch with the family and then cookies for Lily and cupcakes for me at school. When we got home Grandma had balloons waiting for us and then it was off to dance and Taekwondo just like every Tuesday. We had a few presents waiting for us when we got home which was a nice surprise, and then homework and bed. A fairly low key day with a few nice extras thrown in!

Boo to You

 

Our annual Halloween/Birthday Party celebration at the Lundstrom's house was a success yet again! We started off the evening with some trick-or-treating in the Wyngate neighborhood with the goal of hitting each and every house. Maxwell was up for the challenge, and he succeeded, making it to each and every house on the street scoring multiple full size and giant candy bars simply because he was the cutest one in the bunch. After filling our bags and buckets we headed back for some dinner and cake. This year Mom made a Torchic (Pokemon) cake for me and a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with the chocolate sauce on top and mixed in for Lily and Maggie. They were delicious, awesome, and just what we asked for! After cake, the older kids decided that more candy was warranted so they headed off, braving the cold and wind, to another neighborhood with Mom. It was a spooktacular Halloween!

Jack-o'-Lanterns

 Mickey Mouse, a wolf howling at the moon, and an ice cream cone were this year's selections...bet you can figure out who chose each one. This year we also got to paint pumpkins with Ms. Ginger, and again we're pretty sure you'll be able to guess who did each one.

Basketball and Camping

Dad and I traveled north to Kohler-Andrae State Park for a night of fun with the Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts. While we were away Mom and Lily headed to the Fiserv Forum to take in a Bucks game. They happened to be playing the Orlando Magic so they got to see Mr. Ernest too since he just took a new job with the Magic.

Orange Belt

My newest adventure is Taekwondo. I've been interested for awhile, and dabbled in martial arts a bit a few years ago, but I finally got the opportunity to take classes regularly and tonight I tested for my orange belt.

Company Fall Lock-in

Tonight was my annual lock-in at my dance studio. Every year we celebrate by wearing our costumes and every year they get better and better! While I was celebrating Mom and Dad took Ryan and Maxwell to Shake Shack which resulted in a few selfies of the boys.

Apples!!!

Apples, apples, and more apples! Maxes favorite food was everywhere today and he couldn't get enough of the orchards! After a quick hayride up the hill he was off with his basket on what turned out to be a perfect fall day. We're not sure if he ate more apples, or picked more apples! Gigi and Pop Pops joined in on the fun too, and I'm pretty sure Pop Pops won for the most apples consumed!
