1 Month Old
We are one month old today! Happy birthday to us, and Uncle Steve (since we can't forget about family). How fast time flies when you are eating, sleeping, and pooping. We decided to have a little photo shoot with mom and grandma, but I put an end to it when I decided to try and eat Lily. What can I say, it was time to eat.
As for our first month it was pretty uneventful. We are both getting big with Lily finally graduating to newborn diapers and pajamas, and I am starting to wear some of my 0-3 clothes. We are slowly getting on a schedule, although I must say I'm cooperating a little quicker than Lily. Mom and dad are grateful for that, but they said they'd keep us both.
Good thing because I think the 30 day return period is up.

Happy Thanksgiving
We spent Thanksgiving day with the Rivero's and Grandma Williams. From what we heard everyone ate too much, but dad was nice and saved us some leftovers. The day was fairly uneventful, and as you can see we spent much of the day sleeping. Dad and Larry left early to go to the ASU game, and mom and Pam took us for a nice long walk to work off all of the calories.

3 Weeks Old
We are 3 weeks old today! Mom and dad made us get up really early for our 2 week well baby check-up with Dr. Mike today. He said our tickers were working great, and we are now both on the charts for growth. Since I'm still bigger let me tell you our stats. Lily weighed in at 6 pounds 4 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. She gained 1 pound 2 ounces in 2 weeks thanks to all of the eating she does. I was 7 pounds 2 ounces and 20 1/4 inches long. I'm obviously doing a little bit of eating myself having gained 1 pound 3 ounces in 2 weeks, but I'd say sleeping is still my favorite thing to do. We didn't take any exciting pictures, but we attached some that show us all bundled up to go to the doctor. It was a cool 57 degrees when we left this morning, and in Arizona that is considered cold!

Great-Grandma Ruiz
This weekend we got to meet our Great-Grandma Ruiz. She flew here all the way from Illinois to meet us. She loved hanging out with us, and we found out she changes diapers and gives baths! Daddy said he has never seen her smile so much in her life.

Posing for Grandma
We learned today that Grandma Williams likes to take A LOT of pictures. So here are some pictures of us posing for grandma trying our best to look cute. We think we did pretty good!

First doctor's appointment
We had our first visit with Dr. Mike today in the outer space room and everything checked out okay. Lily was back up to her birth weight - 5 lbs. 2 oz. and Ryan gained a few ounces and was now up to 5 lbs. 15 oz. (only 2 1/2 oz. shy of his birth weight). Ryan also grew 1 1/4 inches putting him at 19 3/4 inches, and Lily was holding steady at 18 inches long. Dr. Mike said everything else looked great, and for twins we were doing perfect!

First Bath
We took our first baths at home tonight with mom and dad. Luckily it was only a quick spounge bath of our upper bodies and hair because it was freezing...at least we thought so. Mom bought some cute towels to keep us warm though.
As you can see we both loved our baths so much...hence all the loud screaming. We did enjoy having our hair combed afterwards though and we smelled pretty good if you asked us!

Coming Home!
We also took our first ride in mom's car today. We were very comfortable and slept the entire way home. Our carseats are still kind of big for us, but we're sure we'll grow fast and fit into them soon.
Grandma Williams and Wrigley decorated our house for our homecoming, and Wrigley sat outside and waited until we got home. I think Wrigley is going to take good care of us. He is a little scared when we cry, but he is very gentle and he is always checking in on us when we sleep.
